Good:
All adults should AVOID INACTIVITY.
Better:
150 minutes of moderate/75 minutes of vigorous intensity activity per week.
Best:
300 minutes of moderate/150minutes of vigorous intensity activity per week.

PHYSICAL
MUSCLE-STRENGTHENING ACTIVITY
Adults should do muscle-strengthening activities that are moderate or high intensity and involve all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week.
