Doing this over and over to make small, but cumulatively powerful changes to help you achieve real and lasting health.
Knowing isn't enough.
There are mountains of health information (some good, some bad, and some ridiculous),
but your most powerful tool to be healthy is ACTION.
Changing behavior isn't always that easy,
and knowing the behaviors that really do affect your health is also a challenge.
To be able to succeed at becoming healthy, you need:

You start with a health desire or concern and determine a lifestyle factor that will affect the chosen desire or concern.

Choose the Transformation Routine

You choose a behavior that will improve that lifestyle factor and it's corresponding routine.

Act
​
Using MEDUCOS Method tools to help make this as easy as possible, you make a healthy habit.

Review, Revise, & Repeat
You repeat the process over and over until you have automated making healthy habits. You celebrate your successes and learn from your challenges.
