The standard program is designed for most people who have tried unsuccessfully to make lasting change in their life as it incorporates a balanced approach of self-learning with more consistent oversight and instruction. It is a 12 week program consisting of phone or video encounters with your Lifestyle Wellness Specialist. As a more aggressive evidence based program, 25 minute encounters are scheduled every week to help you learn and incorporate lasting lifestyle change by teaching you a process to accomplish your health and wellness goals that you can repeat over and over for the rest of your life.
